Oh yeah! 12:00am - Guests Depart Other details: EVENT ATTENDANCE PARKING DETAILS Disney offers a special drive-on self-parking fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per car, per day. For the Organization's attendees to get this discount they must use the Hotel's parking lot where the Event is being held. The self parking charge does not cover parking at Downtown Disney parking lots and Theme Park parking lots. These charges are for once in, once out privileges and not for in/out privileges. DISNEY RATES ON ROOMS OFFERS Special Rate offered for Organization rooms: Disney is currently not holding any guest rooms for La Quinta Event; however special rates are available, based on availability. Advance reservations are required. Guest rooms and special rates are not guaranteed and unlikely to be available less than 30 days from arrival date due to current demand. Prices are per room, per night. Limit of five (5) persons per guest room (“Organization Room”). Not valid with any other discounts or offers. Theme park admission tickets, meals, tax and Resort Fee are not included. Net, non-commissionable. Offer limited to Event attendees only. Organization and Organization's attendees are encouraged to make their reservation as soon as event is confirmed. Disney’s Paradise Pier® Hotel Date: Saturday, August 21, 2010 Room Rate: $232.00 per night/single-quad occupancy Disneyland® Hotel Date: Saturday, August 21, 2010 Room Rate: $256.00 per night/single-quad occupancy Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa Date: Saturday, August 21, 2010 Room Rate: $352.00 per night/single-quad occupancy The above room rates (“Group Room Rates”) are subject to applicable city of Anaheim occupancy taxes, currently fifteen percent (15%). Guest Rooms at all the Disneyland® Resort Hotels are non-smoking. Designated smoking locations are available. A cleaning fee of Two Fifty Hundred Dollars ($250.00) per Guest Room will be charged for smoking in the Disneyland® Resort Hotels’ Guest Rooms. RESORT FEE A Resort Fee ("Resort Fee") currently in the amount of Twelve Dollars ($12.00) per Guest Room per day will be charged to the attendees upon check-out. The Resort Fee shall entitle the guests of each Guest Room to the following: (i) overnight self-parking of two (2) vehicles with in/out privileges; (ii) unlimited local telephone service (as defined by the applicable telephone service provider); (iii) free access telephone connections (i.e., “800” numbers); (iv) unlimited use of the fitness center; (v) unlimited access to high speed and wireless internet in the Guest Room; and (vi) any other privileges as determined by Disney in its reasonable discretion. The Resort Fee will be subject to applicable City of Anaheim occupancy tax, currently fifteen percent (15%) and is subject to change without notice. ATTENDEE ROOM RESERVATIONS Disney understands that the Event attendees will make their own room reservations at the Hotel.
